For years, our Youth Ministry was hampered by the lack of meeting space. Weekly, hundreds crowded into the Choir Room until our church invested in the building of a brand new 1,000-seat innovative facility dedicated for their use.
We’ve been thrilled to see our Youth Outreach expand into this building – as young men and women prepare for their adult lives.
There are many in the world today who refer to the youth of today as “The Lost Generation.”
We REFUSE to accept that label – and instead point to our young people who are examples of excellence, commitment and dedication to the Lord.
We know that relationships formed at this stage of life can either be an incredible force for good or very destructive.
In providing the Youth Pavilion, Youth Walk Café and other facilities, we’ve made a strong commitment that we will do what it takes to reach, attract and retain young people.
We WANT them to call this place home, to meet friends here – to build life together. After all, THEY are the Phoenix First Assembly of tomorrow!

A CHANGED LIFE
Wonder and amazement fill my heart at what happened to my life, because I never met even one Christian person until I came to America. I cannot even find a word in the dictionary that can adequately describe the greatness of the miracle that it took for me to be a Christian today. I have to pinch myself and say “My dream has come true!”
I had so many struggles in life, and I was in bondage to sin. I could not change by myself, and my depression led me into heavy drinking and drugs. I had given up. But when I heard about Jesus Christ, I sensed a hope for a miracle – and I cried out to Jesus – against everything I believe – for I was an atheist.
My broken life became the very reason for me to come to the feet of Jesus who gave His life in exchange for mine! Here at Phoenix First, I now love to enjoy fellowship with my Heavenly Father and to show others the Life of the Son in me!
