Our sanctuary is the scene of weekly miracles! We are privileged to see our altars filled with people looking for a new start in life.

It’s all too easy to look at the crowds – and not see that each and every person whispering the Sinner’s Prayer is a mother’s child now coming home to their Heavenly Father’s welcome!

When people first come to our church, they are awed by the size of the building – but before long they are touched by the love they feel.

If only we could gather the stories of each and every person whose life has been changed as a result of a spiritual encounter in our sanctuary!

A CHANGED LIFE

In the fall of 2005, my husband of 12 years left me… As I fought for my marriage, the depression I’d struggled with my whole life began to consume me. I slowly began the process of ending my life by not eating. I was SO angry. Nothing in my 34 years was pleasant. Nothing ever seemed to go right. Where was God? Why wasn’t He helping me? I felt He was just a God that sat in a chair in Heaven and watched. But one night I looked up and said, “God, all I ever wanted in my whole life was to be unconditionally loved.” At that very moment, the greatest, purest love filled my empty and broken heart. He told me, “Now I want you to find a church.” I found your church and from the very first sermon, I was filled with new hope and life. I joined Adopt-A-Block, met new friends and eventually, my fiancé. I purposely set out to help touch other people’s lives, and my own was “accidentally” saved along the way! Thank you for turning a horrible experience into something positive. I have a wonderful life now, and this church is part of it!
